That sounds really cheap, what is your minimum stay for this rate?

Waterboo,

It is real cheap for staying in top floor studio, which overlooking gulf of thailand.

Minimum stay is 30 days. 12,000 baht plus you pay for water and electricity.

Security deposit 4,000 baht. no harm done, deposit is yours at the end of term.

Most likely you pay 1000 baht for maintenance on condo unit for next renter.

Cheers,

PS: I have condo manager in 1st floor, if you are interested I can give you her name and phone number.
