19900 for a monthly rate on a one bedroom is great value ! anyone have and idea of what the water, electricity, bed sets and maid service would add up to ? even if it was another 5000 its still a fantastic price especially for that quality !

Those low monthly rates are for stays over three months. The one month rates are higher.

This has all that I'd look for. AC, Net, TV, pool, monthly price is good. Safe box? That's the only other thing I'd want.

From the photos, these accomodations look too good for the very low price. I would wnat to check this out myself. I don't understand how a room goes from 1050 per day to 10,900 per month. However, Third Road is too far away for me.

First of all it only goes from a daily 1050B to 10,900B a month if you stay over 3 months. The standard monthly rate is 14,500B a month for a studio.

just went up there today and it is every bit as good as the website, the rooms are 5* Deluxe IMO

The studios are great and each have an LCD TV plus a great shower room. The one bedrooms have a leather sofa and chair plus LCD, the deluxe also has a sound system plus again great shower room. Obviously all the kitchen bits are there M/W hob F/F etc

The pool is on the way to being constructed and they reckon a couple of months, the roof terrace is fine for a bot of lounging in the sun

The cafe bar will be open on the next 2/3 weeks as will the fitness room

The extras are all reasonable, 7bt a unit electric, 30 bt water, 350 a month sophon, daily cleaner 2500 bt a month and twice weekly 1200 bt a month

The studios are

Standard 950 day 13500 a month 1-3 months and 9900 a month for 3 months + 37 m

Deluxe 1050 day 14,500 a month 1-3 months and 10,900 a month for 3 months + 39 m

1 bedrooms

standard 1750 a day 24500 a month 1-3 months and 19900 a month for 3 months + 73m

Deluxe 1850 a day 25500 a month 1-3 months and 21500 a month for 3 months + 76m

The deluxe units tend to be at the front of the building where you get the afternoon sun, the standard studios are sold out and unavailable

It is only a 30 sec walk to 3rd road and less than 5 mins to soi buakhow as I just walked it so it is hardly far from the action. Also obviously motor bike taxis right outside so anywhere in town very fast

All in all very very good and I for one have booked in from next week

Will be checking this out on May visit and have emailed them also about a possible trial rental in that month .. very high level of units... not exact sure of location but doesn't look too bad for getting down to LK Metro, Buakhow and such..
