Rye breads - more Slavic tourists please!

Which are your favourite locally-baked European breads/bakeries and why?

I was in Ukraine in the late winter this year and miss the world's best rye breads. Fortunately Pattaya has many choices, including the 'black bread' sold for THB95 for half a loaf. Available at Friendship Supermarket on South Pattaya Road

I assess Pattaya as having better food and especially accommodation deals (versus P4P quality) for the last 25-30 years. Glad I can get a satisfying foodgasm from culinary eye candy, if not what I originally came here for in 1989.

Only disappointment with this purchase is lack of ingredients on label, as in zero information. Imported German baked bricks do include.

Try one of the Danish outlets. If you're into rye, I think you'd enjoy it.

Not much mate. But due to necessity, we were "given" things like beer and dark bread.
