Checkpoint Market on Pratumnak Soi 5

This food court has really taken off recently, with the addition of a few new stalls.

Right now, there is Burger, Pizza, Mexican, Israeli, Pasta, Thai, Smoothie stalls all under the one roof, all reasonably priced.

Not tried the new Mexican place, but will during the week.

Having tried all the others, all were decent.

Last night, had this below, excellent.

Not sure if it was reported but I had some excellent 'Mexican' food in Witherspoon on Soi Beokhaw (the former R-Con).

Really? I tried Tuesday Taco special a few months ago and was totally tasteless and bland.

Went last night to Mexican place, had classic Taco, 120B and was good.

Thanks for the update! Seems something odd with the picture you're trying to embed. But it's not important  My to do list is updated.

Paid a visit last week and glad to report, it has expanded further, with several new units occupied in the back.

We had excellent Spanish food at Casa Espana, Pork stew and garlic prawns were star of the show and noticed a guy opposite having a Turkish kabab meal which looked really good.

Returned a few days later and had a pizza, was really good, thin and crispy, 150B.

Also had a cheese beef burger from the front stall, good but a tad overpriced at 135B.

Will explore further soon.
