Looking to BUY a condo

Greetings , purchase will be done midd jan 2022 ...... will buy just 1 condo but posting several options for wider possibilities .

My primary choice are a double studio "1 bedroom" unit on either vt1 or 2 , decent floor and view aswell as Nirvana place 1-2 beds .

Im also intrested at the following units and again i will buy jsut 1 condo just giving additional options :

 

Absolute demand for any buy : Foreign name 

 

Unixx 1-2 bed only high floor and great view

Amari only 2 bed high floor and only bayfacing

The base 2 bed only front facing high floor

Centric Sea 1-2 bed front facing high floor

Markland 1 bed bayfacing high floor

Northshore , about all of intrest upto 11.5 mthb

Vt6 studio or double studio at decent floor 

Center condo , only bayfacing unit/s

 

If you have a unit not on the list but on bahtbus route or beachfront ill gladly hear about it , no intrest of anything away from bahtbus route or beachfront part from amari .

 

Budget upto 8 mthb part for NS wich is 11.5 mthb , im quite market aware and not my first or last purchase of condos in pattaya .
