Condos in Pattaya

Just back from 4weeks in LOS and i've decided my next trip will be a lot longer, about 3-6 months. I've looked at alot of Pattaya real estate websites but it has really done my head in looking at so many places, most are out a bit from the action so I'm after some advise from you fellow bm's. I would be happy with something closer to the action, to give an idea of area, something between soi 1 and the end of Walking Street and no further then 3rd road AND under 12,000.
