Yup agree. Markets pretty big tho, smokes from Cambo are ridiculously cheap.

Funny story - the “official” service store at the Navy Base in Sattahip, kinda like the NAAFI equivalent stocks knock offs, especially the American brands like Marlboro. 

As always the big cheeses are in on the money, which very likely explains your observation.
