No it is on the other side of Terminal 21 next to Pattaya Nua according to the plans.

Did you even check the link? According to it, this will be on the other side, behind the plane, replacing the parking area between Terminal 21 and North Pattaya road.

This has to be good news, if people can be encouraged to park there, then ride the baht buses.

With the push for domestic tourism this make sense, who saw the chaos on the roads after the recent firework display?

Then a rethink about the traffic flow around central Pattaya,, maybe a walking only section after 6pm along the middle of Soi Baukhao where the metro is, im not a town planner, but I think it would be good once domestic tourism comes back.

Should have been built at the same time as Terminal 21 and both opened same day on completion but hey this is Thailand (The powers that be never fully look at all implications to the build and always have to rectify afterwards) (same same as beach road drainage problems)
