Its a very new clean hotel. Only negatives about it were that the internet wifi for the hotel does not work, you are better off using the free wifi signal from Gulliver's restaurant next door. You really don't get much of a water view with all the construction in between. And the pool is on the small side. Other than that it is a very good hotel.

Looking very nice, but a bit far from the actions me thinks.

When the life as you live it goes titts up, can you press Ctrl-alt-delete to remove it or is that only on the internet?

Its just a jump to Soi 6 - so it sounds perfect :-)

Love PI - but mostly in Pattaya. Anyway - the San Miguel must be cold. :-)

Seems like a good place, from what I can gather from some previous post, and the website makes it look good. Especially if you like the North end.

Not sure what's amazing about it...???

Bravo when you get back keep us posted I am also looking for a good place to stay when I go in April. Its good that its a ways off. but its just a straight run down to the action.

the hotel is ok/good inside, the internet is bad and costs a fortune, if you like to surf the net then you can add at least 500bt a day as they do not do any deals on wi-fi. Re too far from action its only 2 mins by bike or baht bus to walking st. hardly the end of the world

When I stayed there I picked up the free wifi from Gulliver's which is very close by. But that was hit or miss alot of the time. So if you really need internet in your hotel, this isn't your best choice. It is close to lots of bars...2 minutes walking to the bars at Soi 2 and 2nd road....and walking distance to Drinking Street. The main plus is that its new and clean. I did hate the tv channel choices though...nothing for english speaking people to watch at all.

i don't see any mention of a safe in the room.

do you know if there is one?

The website says: "Safety deposit box in room "

Yes, there is a safe in the room, same kind of safe like in most hotels. Unless they upgraded their wifi since January, it sucks whether you pay or not, I was on the 5th floor, then later on the 2nd floor....the hotel wifi was only one bar most of the time. Why hotels want you to pay for wifi when other hotels have it for free....makes no sense to me.

HEADS UP!!!

Normally I stay at Sabai Lodge new wing but popped in here last Xmas to check it out.

If you pay an annual membership of 350 Baht then you get 100 Baht off per room per night..

This morning I have just booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and 3 rooms for 4 nights in the 1,590 Seaview rooms making a saving of 1,250 baht on what are already good value rooms and will pay for a good bottle of wine at the Pattaya beer garden!!

You can email them at [email protected]

...and this is the good bit...her name is Kn Nudy..!!!! :Good_Job:

Where can I get an annual membership from? Do you have to buy in Pattaya from them?

It'll be nice to read your report. As to it being 'too far from the action' - plenty of beer bars at the 2nd Road end of the Soi and stretching quite a way down...also in Soi 3. The soapies are very close, Big C, the 'Belgian Embassy'....the list goes on besides which, 10 mins on a Baht Bus and you're in Walking Street.

I forgot to say in my other post that i booked 16 nights at summer spring for May....told me they have a special offer going...stay 7 nights "get the 8th night free"....

Booked the 1290bht room...thats a saving of 2580bht....not bad i think.
