Is it easy to find condos where there is a sofa bed in the living room, so you can use it as a bedroom when you have guests from abroad?

In Pattaya? My last two condos had sofa beds, by chance, but I'd guestimate that 4 out of 5 condos don't have a sofa bed. If you used an agent then you could make that a requirment and I'm sure they'd find you several options.

Rather than limited your condo choices to condos that have a sofa bed, you could just get an air mattress for under 1,000 baht on Lazada. You could also look for a condo which has a small second bedroom (which can double as an office or storage room).
