Is this agent legit or a scam? (Currently looking for a condo)

I found this agent (HouseDeeDee) via Facebook.  But also saw their listing on hipflat.com.

What are the chances of them being a scam or legit?  Is there a way to find out for sure?

Don't feel comfortable sending my money when its not being managed by a website or company.

Go with your gut feeling. Don't risk it unless you have adequate peace of mind.

Are they requesting your prepay a deposit for a rental? What are the circumstances under which they are requesting you send them money?

It's such a tenants market right now, with so many options available. I wouldn't risk sending money to an agent you have never met and doesn't have any reliable online feedback, or even their own registered site or company.

Exactly. Absolutely no need to send money in advance to some random website. Plenty available for the lowest prices in a long time.

Don’t do it!  Plenty of decent inexpensive hotels now in Pattaya for 600 baht a day or so while you investigate agents/ condos for a longer term.

What you see in the photos might not be the same as when you actually inspect the unit.

I would also stay with the more established agents.
