Your are speaking of View Talay Residence 4 (VTR4), not View Talay 4 (VT4). There is low rise View Talay Residence 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, that have no connection with the high rise View Talay condos.  I've stayed at View Talay Residence 1, 2, 3 and 4 on 2nd Road, Jomtien and the corner unit balconies at VTR3 and VTR4 are indeed large.

I've been checking out places as a potential buy for retirement, and notices the corner units in PKCP tower are pretty big.  They wrap around the corner and are pretty wide as well.  Sample below

Check out Prime Suites condos located on Soi 4 Pattaya Klang  (soi next to Foodland).  Very quiet as its located near the end of a dead end soi.  Onlu 55 units, 28 1 bedroom units and 27 2 bedroom units.
