Hi, anyone on here know if during the heavy rainfall times does the 3rd The village suffer from flooding. I have been looking at property websites and seen a few nice houses for rent and a smaller house for sale. Looks a nice area, and very convenient

Normally no, but the latest big rains had a bad effect on the houses. 5 years ago it was this bad.
