Until the police start to enforce traffic laws this sort of thing will only get worse. Recently I was crossing the road at a pedestrian crossing on a red light. A M/C driver with no helmet, driving the wrong way, almost hit me, There were  police  near buy that must have seen it all , but did absolutely nothing,
