Reinstalling PA and Line after a factory reset on my phone

Hello guys,

Before going ahead and doing a factory reset on my phone, (my storage is getting pretty full, and rather than faff around deleting singular items, I was just gonna do a factory reset and begin again with the full  storage capacity) I'd like some help on a couple of things ?

When I reinstall PA and the Line app, is it a straightforward process ? I'm uncertain of my PA password, can a new password be sent to the email that's registered with PA, similarly the same query as regards my Line app ?

Appreciate any help you guys can give.

Re LINE, there is a thread on LINE tips and your LINE questions should be covered there. If you 'register' your account before you reset your phone you will definately get your conatcts back, but proably not the chats.

you need to know your password and your email. and as has been said, you need to make sure that you've actually registered an account. you also need to make sure that you have your chat history backed up, otherwise this will be lost (even though you retain your contacts)

PA: what do you mean with "reinstall PA"? 
pa is not an app, it's a website. you can access it via tapatalk as well. 
but if you reset your phone, you need to know your password. of course you can request a new PW via "forgot password". i suggest you do this now and them remember your new password (or even better, use a password manager in the future). 

just check all of that BEFORE you reset. makes it much easier...
