You photos are not going to help you get this apartment rented.

You need to show the new things you mention not the old bedding and clutter.

You should replace the bedding 2 new sets.

Remove the photos in this post post new and include the cooking facilities and WC shower.

You need to remove the sign or replace it with one with the correct spelling.

If you do this it will increase you chance of renting it 100%.

You will have your work cut out as the condo has not had a good reputation in the past and most if not all BM here know it

( I see this is your first post ). edit I looked at your profile and see you joined 2009.

This is not a stab at you just some friendly advice from someone who has been in the rental business here for over 10 years.

Best of luck with it times are very very hard in the rental market at this time you may need to make the changes I have mentioned and drop the rental price to get it rented.
