Looking to do a medical check up in Sriracha but the 40 km would be tiresome on my bike. I opened up my grab app and was qouted 800-1000 which is quite steep since I need to return as well. 

 

Are there any regular buses or van's going? Perhaps a website? 

Just below Foodland Central Road they have a 25 seat bus and many minibus going to Bangkok

before covid 19 many went via siracha

Returning from Siracha you can flag down a minibus or bus going to Pattaya

In the dim-and-distant some 20-years-ago, we (family of 4) caught song-thaews along the Sukhumvit Road to & from Si Racha once, en-route to a small island offshore IIRC ? 

We were staying north of town already, at the Cholchan on a cheap-package, so just had to walk up the soi to the main road.  I can't imagine that they don't still run along the Sukhumvit, where there are surely many Thais who would use them ?
