Pattaya to Koh Chang VIP Mini bus?

Can anyone recommend a VIP Mini bus or good travel agent to arrange trip from Pattaya hotel to Koh Chang and return?  Latest thread I found was from 2013....

Do you need a mini bus or will a car do ?

Most places that service the airport will go there, but it's not cheap..... Better to rent a car, only cost me 360BT for myself and Wife with out car a couple of weeks ago. You also get the use of your car on the island or you will need a bike..... They have baht bus, but not for 10bt !
