'CAUTION: If you leave and plan to return after the expiration date on the multiple entry “O-A” Visa, you will need a Re-Entry Permit from Thai Immigration before you depart – without the Re-Entry Permit, your extension of stay is cancelled when you leave Thailand.'

I understand I'll need a Re-Entry Permit Due to leaving and returning to Thailand after the expiration date on the multiple entry “O-A” Visa.

My passport exit stamp date shows 23 August 2020.

I need to leave Thailand twice prior to 23 August 2020 (initially on 25 February 2020 & then again in July 2020).

Do I need to attend Jomtien Immigration twice or can I get one R E Permit that will cover both trips?

When do I need to apply for the R E Permit?

What is the cost & what documents will I need?

Cheers

Got mine at the airport after going through Departures, single entry one was 1200 Baht, multiple entries is I think 4500 someone can correct that as I had the single entry, no documents required just the passport and wait around 10 minutes for them to do it.

Yes I will have to get another one if I leave before June on the same Visa as you.

Just to add that it's manned 24hrs at the airport.

You can go to Immigration once and pay 3800 baht for a multiple re-entry permit or you can go to Immigration twice and pay 1000 baht each time for a single re-entry permit. (I think those costs are up to date)

You’ll need your passport, a photo, your departure card and the completed form (TM8 I think).

I’m assuming your original O-A visa has expired as you say. (Edit: I’ve checked your other posts so can see it has expired as you say)

There is a small chance that Immigration will question you about insurance when you re-enter the country but it seems to have settled down now so shouldn’t be a problem.
