Quinoa rice with chicken from a restaurant called salad factory. Price was 140b. This restaurant serves only 'clean food' or whatever you want to call it.

I recall seeing this Tikka cart a couple of time but never quite managed to taste something from his kitchen. I will make it a point to sample his wares next time. Is his location primarily near Tree Town on Buakhaw.

Called most nights on my way back to hotel amber.  Had it to take away but it never reached the hotel. 5555.  Delicious

That dessert looks mouthwatering. Calories or no calories, no hesitation in going for it.

Can you give us a breakdown of the 7 items?

I got:
 - fries
 - beans
 - not really sure if that is bubble and squeak or potato salad
 - sausage
 - back bacon
 - streaky bacon

Gotta say...french fries for breakfast sounds pretty damn brilliant!  555

Ok so they kinda messed it up.

French fries, beans, scrambled eggs (which I put a lot of Tabasco sauce on), sausage (x2), streaky bacon (I have no idea why they added back bacon too!), coffee (coffee is the 7th item)

Nothing exciting for lunch today.

Chicken breast (with some nandos seasoning from UK), rice and some mixed vegetables.

Evening meal from my local street food place. This place has recently opened, run by 2 Surin girls.

Larb Kai (chicken) with sticky rice = 45 baht - an absolute bargain in BKK. They also serve big beer for 80 baht. They've been open for 3 months but I never see any customers there! Wonder how they're making money.

Whew, for a second there I thought you were putting ketchup on bacon and eggs.

Wow that looks watery! Larb should be dry but moist, and was originally done with raw meats up north Lanna style.

If you haven’t watched it, watch AB in Chiang Mai as he tries the original style Laab.

Anyway was probably still v tasty like most Thai food :)

Thanks for a great thread!

Yes exactly my thoughts, it was fairly watery today. I asked for an additional bowl and drained as much as I could 555

So I'm stuck in the condo due to COVID-19 and my work closed.

Pork chop, homestyle chips and veggies.
