Cute police mascots in the background. Lol. Softening the blow maybe. They do the same thing in Japan where I live. Good thing here is the police seem to not want to pull over non japanese.

The only time I have every been pulled over here is for an illegal u turn (my bad). I have driven through countless roadside police random breathylyzer test stops and never been checked. They see the white face and wave you though. Lol
