I am in Pattaya. I have some 100 dollars  . These are a little bit old and tacky (2006 ) and  exchange didn't change these . What should I do and where should I go to change ? I need my money . Thanks

Just keep trying.

If all else fails you could try a bank. You'll get a terrible exchange rate, but at least you'll have cash if they change it.
