Pattaya at Nine Hotel, pattaya 9 Alley

Guest friendly or not??

 

Hey guys can someone please let me know if Pattaya at Nine hotel (just beside Central Festival) is guest friendly or not. And hows the hotel itself, gives me a very cheap quote for couple of weeks stay. Any body stayed in this hotel.

 

I checked the reviews of Baron Beach hotel besides Pattaya at Nine hotel but the reviews said Baron Beach hotel charge 500 Baht joiner fee. I really liked baron beach hotel but has a joiner fee.
