What a joke. I guess the complainants are blissfully unaware of the giant pipes that spew all manner of shit into the gulf any time it rains. Are they going to arrest the beach rats and seagulls too?

It’s a cultural thing and with the onset of the diverse groups that are now starting to visit Pattaya this is the least of the worries what’s going to go on in the future unfortunately. It’s what you get when you aspire to be a world class beach resort.
