Check out  http://www.bahtsold.com as they do crop up for sale on here. The other month their was one up for sale with 26 years remaining and was transferable and entitled you to more privileges than the NEW ones that are sold today. The price was 1 million Baht.

Comes out to about $1,270 a year. ($106 a month)

This is interesting and is the elite visa real and legal?   I like to know because the new system is pretty hard to follow.

Yes it's real and legal, some people will describe the process they went through to get it

Click the link in my post above, the guy talks about how he purchased it. If I had the money I would get it, but only through officials means. I wouldn't buy it from some random dude selling his.

Maybe I'm misreading this but the person in the link you shared describes how they bought the EV directly from Thailand Elite and not from a third party seller via transfer.
