As it turn out my stay finishes on december 8th so the one i am staying in will be available the rent should be higher for short term in december but no harm in asking its in centar residence there are other i know off as there is a small one in that price range she is giving my friend  now but not sue for december it is high season might need to go further out.or up budget.

I can rent you a 44sqm studio in Pattaya Hill Resort condo.

For 15,000  ( NOT including electric water and cleaning ).

there is only one centara when it comes to condos centara residence.

i know there is a 30 sqm from her for 13k for long term my mate is talking short term at 15k

Same condo apartment 8,000tb a month on a 1 year contract.
