Looking for condo to rent in Avenue Residence

Looking for a condo to rent for 1 year from last week in November 2019.

Must be no smaller than 35sq m.

Not looking for low floors, prefer either 5 to 8 floors.

Either pool view or looking north from balcony. Don't really want balcony looking at the next condo block to the south.

Budget is maximum 12,000b per month.

Anyone with any leads please let me know.

Already have condo rental agencies looking for me, but willing to deal direct with owner.

Try baht and sold for direct with owner 

as you say any agent will have there for 12k these days easy if not 10k is a start negotiation point with the grand now open and the Avenues residences age  shows i looked 3 years ago and was crap lucky i got centara.

Any how i have lead for centara  residence and grand residence may need to up budget a bit or lower room size expectations but never know heaps better than avenue no harm in asking

Thought you would have just seen it or looked 

Any how the one she gave me will be available from the the 8th of december it is one of the bigger ones at 40 sqm not sure asking price for 1 year  you can negotiate better with the grand now open i gather 

Maybe as she did with me  put  you  in another room  till it becomes available.
