Bus from Jomtien to airport is 130 baht.

You can get a baht bus from Pattaya to the bus station in Jomtien for 10 baht from the South Pattaya & Second Roads junction.

At Suvarnabhumi follow signs to the basement for the train. It runs every ten minutes and costs 40 or 45 bahts, takes about 15-20 minutes.

Last time I went to Bangkok I caught the train from the airport, easy to do, then the bus from the airport to Pattaya, 130bht, again, very easy
