Any idea what this says?? 

อ่อยผู้ เรียกร้องความสนใจ หูยยยพี่บัวไม่รู้อะไรเลย

She wrote in English on her Facebook:

"After the smiles comes the tears"

Her friend asked "What's wrong?"...

Her response was:

อ่อยผู้ เรียกร้องความสนใจ หูยยยพี่บัวไม่รู้อะไรเลย

I suspect she has a Thai boyfriend.

you posted this a while ago so you probably already have an answer but anyway:

อ่อยผู้ this means to 'lure people.'

เรียกร้องความสนใจ this is to 'demand interest'

หูยยย no sure what this is. หู by itself is 'ear'

พี่บัวไม่รู้อะไรเลย this is 'Bua doesn't know anything'.

it is hard to say exactly what they are saying without knowing context.  The first to bits seem to indicate that the writer is trying to peoples attention.

Somebody else more fluent than me might be able to help more.

Oh, reminds me the time past when i was stalking the facebook of my then long distance relationship Thai GF.

You need a Thai Native speaker or someone who is really 100% fluent in conversational Thai because if it is a 20 yo something, even if she's educated, the writing will be full of slang.

หูยยย is just an exclamation, Hui!

Not sure what an English equivalent would be, maybe just something like wow!

I have discussed the meaning of this with my girlfriend.
The conclusion is that อ่อย is a girl's name and she has been telling made up (interesting) stories to attract positive attention
for whatever reason. ผู้ เรียกร้องความสนใจ. 
หูยยย is an exclamation of exasperation probably connected to the fact that the older girl Bua has helped or is implicated in the
stories but does not know the truth while most other people do.
