Yes last year when I first started taking em I popped a 100mg a few times had the blue rings round lights for about one hour after I had finished with the used goods bite it in half now 50mg no blue rings anymore I crunch it up works in 15 minutes no food at least 2 hours before or it takes ages Can a bright spark tell me how does it actually work ?

Its all about how much you take to what king of effect you and how many side effects you get ,

eg - a guy who weighs about 75 kgs takes a 100mg Tab this is just too strong for his body , he would get a headache

Yes, men do die of heart problems -after or not after having sex- and usually they do so at a riper age and guess what, these guys of a riper age are just the target group for Viagra! Penagra and Kamagra jelly are just brand names but contain the same chemical substance: sildenafil citrate. A better combo IMHO is half of a Cialis if you start your night out and half an hour before the horizontal action starts a half of a Kamagra (or Viagra, or Penagra.)
