Little pastry shop on Buakhao

Recommended Posts

A little pastry shop opened in the last few months, about 200 yards from Tues\Fri market, opposite side. Just for takeaway, prices seem to vary from 15 baht, i sometimes stop there if I'm heading back for a coffee at home. It's worth a look

Anything there not loaded with fats and sugars? I like fancy breads from time to time
It's just a small kiosk thing, it's possible, best to go and have a look

Let's hope the price is right. Coffee 40-50 baht, pastries 20-30 baht. I hope people learn from Chunky Monkeys and Hungry Hippos success

Looks good.  I do miss the old trolley that sold donuts and cakes.  Donuts were superb.

What they did was called an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) test. Good on those guys for testing the market before opening up shop.
