Best resource or site for a 30 day condo rental Jomtien

Just came back from pattaya and spent my last week in an airbnb condo in the jomtien area and I really enjoyed being a bit outside of the action. It seems like you pay a significant premium with airbnb and I was paying around 1100 baht a night for a 5 day stay at a nice condo and am wondering if there are more bang for your buck sites with similar quality?

I stay in a condo in Jomtien each trip now (for around a month).

Many buildings have smaller agents in them that rent condos but are difficult/impossible to book with except by walking in.

The last 2 trips I’ve used AirBnB, I’m in an AirBnB condo now, and if you choose the right one prices are about on par with agents etc. It’s always going to be more expensive booking short-term than long-term  so do t expect the kid of rents quoted for 12-month contracts.

There are Facebook groups for Pattaya Property rentals that a lot of agents/owners use if you feel like using this option.
