Arize Hotel Sukhumvit - early check in - ideas and suggestion please

Hi 

I am a First timer as a solo traveller  to thailand. 

I want to stay in this hotel Arize hotel Sukhumvit - their policy towards check-in and check-out is 12 pm - 2 pm . 

However my flight lands to BKK early morning at 20:10 - 02:00 . So i tried to contact them over email for early check-in no response yet 

any idea as to how to proceed further ? the reason for choosing the above hotel is there one soapy massage parlour 101 - primer  that i like and wanted to try some other parlour too

Book the night before and tell them you will be arriving late

That make sense , thats what I was planning . Purely a fucking rip off . should have been 24 hours checkout :(((
