on soi bakoaw.used to be Joshua hotel near 18 coins,nextdoor to motorbike shop.1to5 months13/15ktbat,6/12 month is12/15kthai bat.lec and water juristic.daily rates are 850/900bat per night. the high floors may be ok but that soi is to loud for me.looks brand spanking new.there are no contact details shown.

mods should take this down. I think I may have seen details for Amari residence but placed outside the new un-named hotel on soi bakaow.sorry for any confusion.

There is a hotel 4* Amari residence and Amari residence condominium. Both got higher standard, thus higher prices. Both are located in Pratumnak hill.
