Affordable Guest House With Pool

Guys,

 

Looking for a bit of help to find an affordable, clean guesthouse with swimming pool access in the Lengkee or Diana area.

Stayed at Nikom New in Lengkee  last year and perfectly clean etc but no swimming pool so just looking for that as a little add on really.

I am not sure if there is any guesthouse in that area with a swimming pool.

 If it has a swimming pool,  it's no longer a guesthouse.

Best thing you can do is give an idea of your budget then you can recommendations of what may be available with a pool. It would be a hotel or condo not a guesthouse.

In the first week of June I got the Baybreeze hotel with pool for under £25 per night.Soi Honey near the Second road end.

Sutus Court is just around the corner from New Nikom.

Nice pool at ground level and Jacuzzi on the upper mezzanine and elevators.  Pool and Jacuzzi in full sun for half the day.

Rooms from new and modern similar to what you had at New Nikom in building 1, to older and somewhat tired rooms in the other buildings.

Prices start at 550 baht.

Easiest thing to do is just look on Google Maps, find Pattaya, then select the 'hotels' button; enter your dates in the boxes; and move the price slider down to £30.

It shows the cheapest offered prices for each hotel out of all the major online outlets (Agoda; Booking; Kayak; Hotels; Expedia etc), then when you click on the selection it'll show you all the other offers, for that hotel, too. Just click on the price that suits you and it'll take you to the website.

Make sure you read both the Google reviews, and website reviews before booking. A search on TripAdvisor doesn't hurt either.

Edit: Scrap that idea, Google won't let you search further ahead than 6 months, it appears. Sorry mate.
