Rent a condo less than month

Hey guys, i m going to pattaya in november for 10 days and wanna rent a unixx condo at airbnb, but i heard from last year goverment made a law which dont allow to stay tourists less than one month. Landlord says that right now is no problems with police, but if the worst of worst will come, he we do a fake month contract with me. So wanna ask should i worry, may be someone already have problems with ?

Why not ask him to give you a 30 day contract for the 10 day price and then he can also register you at immigration.

Then you and him have not broken the law.

If you wish to leave early then thats your prerogative .

It's up to the condos to enforce the rules,some buildings will enforce the rule.plus if you are extending visa make sure you get your tm30 from landlord
