Tailor for alterations

I am looking to get some new pants I just bought hemmed. I remember someone recommended one a while but I can’t find the thread. Anyways, I am looking for someone cheap (how badly can you mess up hemming)?

Along Buakhao where it curves to the left near that huge concrete drain thing on the right side there are a few seamstresses on the left side. You can see sewing machines outside the building. Cheap and on the spot mostly, I 'd think pant hems would meet that spec.
