Northshore soi 5

Thinking of renting a 2 bedroom condo in the Northshore condominium on Soi 5, I am just wondering if anyone has had any experiences in this place?

I've NOT stayed there but it's the 'premier' building in central Pattaya.

Be aware of SOME reports of street noise and rooms facing south becoming very hot in the afternoon.

Nice place, cool breeze with the windows open but you will definitely hear the speedboats revving and revving as they try to dislodge themselves from the sand bars.
