RIP Chef/Owner LaMerenda

Jomtien residents will be sad to learn that Chef/Owner at LaMerenda passed away. 

Eating there was like stopping into your friendly neighbors kitchen and having a home made Italian meal served up by papa. Regular customers knew there was something special going on there. 

Perhaps my all time favorite Italian restaurant.

Died quite a while ago I believe. What a lovely bloke and I always enjoyed eating there. Also like the decor, the rock n roll photos along the walls, not to mention his little chihuahua Sadly he will be missed.
