Bm readings 6th floor is 3rd floor in pic to most  as ground floor is level 3 

the price may be fair if the owner has cable and wifi included for a 1 month rental.

20 k will get a ldop on a year contract.

Top job on the photos well done 

Its hard to rent out at top rate currently if you don't rent for two months you may wish to consider dropping your price.

Better a bird in the hand than two in the tree.

One ( constructive comment ) I would make is change the very old style cooker hop ( plates ) in my experience long term customers don't like them ( hard to regulate the heat ).

Be careful to ensure the new hop is comparable with your pans and pots.

It falls short of what is otherwise a very nicely equipped apartment with the old hob.
