Hey mate,

I doubt you would get more than a 2 b/r for that. I live on the darkside and it takes about 7-10 mins to Beach Rd on Pattaya Klang. I would not say it is far out of town, but I am an Aussie and a trip to the shop to get the milk can be hours away

I think in Paradise Park Jomtien you cannpick something up for around that price.

maybe if nurin has 2 bedrooms or baan suan lalana and your want a year contract.

Houses are better value then condos, a friend rents a 2 bed house off soi kho Pai for 15k. Look there and behind 3rd road off Arunotai

1 b/r there cost 10-14 kBath. 2 b/r up from 20 kBath.
