Procedure for selling a condo and transferring funds overseas

Hi,

I'm planning to sell a condo I own (registered on my name - foreigner quota) and I would like to transfer the funds received to my account overseas.

Could members here please clarify what documentation do I need? are there any special procedures I need to complete to be eligible for selling and for transferring funds overseas?.

go to the same bank you had money sent in from and ask them ? 

normal if you have papers in order is same amount out as you took in , and an extra maximum 20.000 usd in amount to be sent aswell .

after that they will "lock" your money for 3 months to complete the transfer atleast BKK bank wich i use .

there are ways around tho but easiest is thru your normal bank

Yes ask your bank when i bought my condo i asked the bank for a form that stated the money came from overseas
