AFAIK he was booted for doing too many in-and-out runs without any kind of long-stay visa. He's actually one of three guys I know who've spent a night in the Swampy cells this year -- who were then put on the first flight out in the morning. One of them has been in LoS for the past 15 years and has several properties & businesses here.
