Pattaya must have several thousand places to eat, narrow down your search and say what kind of food you are looking for.

The much easier question to answer is: where isn't there good food in Pattaya?

Good food is everywhere, great restaurants everywhere, great food from street vendors everywhere.  Good food is even more abundant than girls in Pattaya.  Seafood buffets or all-you-can-eat Thai BBQ are like $13 US.  Street Pad Thai is like $1.25 to $1.50 a plate.  There are all kinds of BBQ meats at $1 or less a skewer.  Donner wraps are $2.5 to $3.  Fried fish with Veggies and rice are $4.

Personally, I never eat at American style fast food places in Pattaya (McDo, Burger King, KFC, Pizza Hut, etc.)  But in other places, like the Philippines, I am often eating at these fast food joints.

Of course there are the high-end expensive places both at the fancy hotels and independent ones on the street.  If that is what you are asking about, they are also everywhere, you can't miss those.

To say there is good food everywhere is Pattaya is very debatable. I find food in Pattaya very hit and miss.

If your after great thai food then you should try PIC Kitchen in Soi 5.  This is a hidden gem in Pattaya

IMHO will the answer be  every 10-20 meter or so if  in central Pattaya

Great choice of food, many big chain restaurants around if that's your thing, T21 again
