Has a pair of treadmills, cross trainer and bike and one of those fixed master weights machines...no free weights as I recall.

There's space for a couple of mats and those giant exercise ball things too. Air con and towels provided and its on floor 2 near the pool and saunas.

I would call it poor. Very small, no dumbbells, I think there was some sort of universal machine, and maybe a stationary bike and an elliptical machine. The elliptical is some strange brand , and I found it borderline unusable (kept banging my leg against it - something awkward about the size or design).

There is a workout room in May hotel as well but haven’t looked in there. You are also allowed to use the workout room at August Suites, which is a little better (some dumbells, a larger space) but that’s probably not worth the ten minute walk over either.
