Hotel for February/March

I’m coming to Pattaya in February/March. I usually stay at Siam@Siam but it is a bit out of the way and quite expensive as I make 3/4 trips a year. I’m currently considering

At Minds Premier Suites hotel

At MInd Serviced Residences

August/April suites

Criteria for me in order of importance -

1. Quiet and clean

2. Good reliable wi-fi

3. Basic gym

4. Reasonable size room, bath preferred.

Any guidance and comments would be gratefully received. Equally any other suggestions in this sort of price range.
