This is definitely not morgering destination  However it can be interesting business opportunity for somebody who knows what he is doing....

Looking at the pictures I don´t see any white sandy beach, just some muddy mangroves!? 

Resort without a nice beach needs a big stunning swimmingpool, but that small and dark pool doesn´t look too inviting!

Bungalows also looks small and simple, not even a chair and table to sit outside ... so unless they have very cheap roomrates, I doubt they have a lot of repeat customers as claimed!? 

I wouldn´t waste 99 mil baht on this place!

Some pictures of deserted beaches on Koh Mak 1990!

Most beaches on Koh Mak are quite narrow, so when it´s high tide water goes all the way up to the treeline, similar to some beaches on Koh Chang as well.

White Sand Beach is a small but pretty beach with white sand, and with stunning sunsets!

Here´s a video with the resort on sale, nice enough place but a bit out of the way and beach nothing to write home about!

Seems like mostly Russians stay here?

Currently its mix of tourist from all over the world. The owner put it on lower price range (around 1500 THB a night) and runs it with respect to this price. If somebody buys it, I would definitely recommend some renovations/extension.

BTW the reason for sale is retirement, the gentleman who runs it is over 60 and wants to quit working.
