Public swimming pool Pattaya for lap swimming?

Anyone got a recommendation for a public swimming pool or hotel/sportcenter where outsiders can make use of the swimming pool for doing some laps?. 25m preferably 50m and open from 9AM or so?

Fairtex, just north of dolphin roundabout, is an option.

Dont know about cost.

Posted in 2016, but times and cost still correct as of about two months ago.
