Fast Track timing?

Recommended Posts

I have used fast track several occasions usually landing around 7pm

This next visit I arrive at 07.30

So was just curious as to how busy arrivals is at this early time and whether or not to book fast track ?

Cheers in advance

Did you ever feel that just by jumping on a plane, All your cares would drop away

And you'd be born again,Returning to a nature child,

Happy wild and free.

Many overnight flights from Europe and from Australasia arrive about breakfast time.

Murphy's Law applies. Book FastTrack and you will see only short queues. Don't book and the queues will be lengthy!

First time I ever used it, I ran stop-watch function on my wrist watch. Pressed 'Start' as the greeter met me as I came off the plane. Pressed 'Stop' as I sat down in my taxi to go into town. 14 minutes 30 seconds elapsed.

Some BM's write this is impossible as baggage is not unloaded that quickly. However Bangkok airport is very fast compared with many others.

This is the only occasion I have timed transit exactly: it is always a good fast service. Greeter can take you to a booth to get a Thai SIM for your phone and to a currency exchange booth. escorts you to the station in the basement if taking the fast train into town; this is what I often do - 40 bahts/~15 minutes to Makkasan/taxi to my hotel in Sukhumvit Soi 11, maybe 70 bahts.
