Diet, How successful are you?

I have been on a cross diet between keto and lowcarb/mediteranian diet, blending one day keto, eating mostly sardines/olive/cheese and a good meal of fish/pork/steak with vegetable and nuts, avocado, the next day I might add rice, or noodles as a carb, maybe a bowl of high fibre cereal to help with digestion. once a week I might binge on sweets as I have a crazy sweet tooth, although I can control it these days.. I also only allow myself a 10 hour feeding window, usually I am done eating by 7:30 pm and dont eat till 10 am.... have been doing this now for 2 months, I was 204lbs, my goal was 195lbs.. I am now 190lbs.. and that was better than expectations, I dont really want to go any less than that at 6 feet tall. we go to an all you can eat buffet twice a month, and I dont eat any carbs there, you'd be surprised how much you can eat staying away from the carbs, deffinately worth it, although this night I sometimes do me sweet tooth binge as well, kill 2 birds with one stone. I am in the gym 4 times a week, and havent lost any strength eating this way, I also ride a bicycle to and from work everyday. I havent experienced any extra tiredness. My biggest concern of eating this way is sustainability, although I dont feel I am missing out on anything, If I stray, it is just that time, I dont make a habit of it.

Just thought I'd put this out there for anyone who is struggling with weight, hopefully they can get something from it...

Diet thread !!!!!

Seriously, all these diet threads are like an echo chamber - full of spectacularly bad advice from the low carbers, calorie crunchers and fad dieters being repeated ad nauseum.

I could say a lot more, but I won't on the grounds that it's N2BN

Lost a belt notch in 3 days walking and sweating my ballz off here.  Still haven't put it back on and I ate a triple decker strawberry sundae yesterday with my meals, but Asian portions are smaller and I haven't been as hungry as back home due to the oppressive heat and humidity.

Last trip my diet back home was way worse with fast food and shit like that, I ruined my baseball hat with a huge ring of salt/sweat stains.  Put it in the washer and it went away but my hat lost all of it's stiffness.

Before this trip I started back on the weights, put on about 20 pounds of muscle and feel great.  Unfortunately I have about 30 pounds of fat to lose, including a large beer gut.  

It hasn't stopped me from attracting really hot girls though.  They seem to like touching it.

I would suggest hand washing next time.  Sorry, no diet advice just washing advice.   :)

In China, they will walk up and run your belly as rubbing the large belly of a man is good luck. You must be successful and had good luck if you have the money to eat that much food is the reasoning.
